I arrived at 4 PM on a Monday, only to find the doors locked... read more The customer service here leaves much to be desired. The hours of operation are completely unclear. I arrived at 4 PM on a Monday, only to find the doors locked. There were staff members inside, but no sign on the door indicating they were closed. After knocking for a few minutes, someone finally shouted through the door that they were not open. It's frustrating to see such poor customer service consistently at Wingstop locations in predominantly Black neighborhoods. It's disappointing!
