What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
The restaurant runs smoothly during the week, but on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), it seems impossible to ever get things right. There is always a long line in the drive-thru, with the inside of the restaurant never being open. Many people, including myself, end up leaving the drive-thru after a long wait with no other options for dining in. This is only a problem on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). View all feedback.
We were fortunate to have someone buy smoothies for our team at Carter's Academy on Friday. $5 Smoothies on Fridays are the best! We make it a habit to go almost every week to get some.
Smoothies not ready from online order times , then get unblended smoothie from upset employee. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!!
This location is the most unpleasant location I’ve been too I’ve come here a couple of times because it’s closest to my house and each time it gets worst the females have attitudes and act as though they don’t want to work and their always slow I’ve don’t receive a greeting when I come inside and on top of that they don’t call my name once my order is finally ready
Arrived @7:45 young lady lied in drive through refused to allow me order smoothie bowl after young man was about to accept the order. I will be calling corporate lazy
I entered the store on 5/14 at approx 3: 35p with at least 7 employees present. I was informed that orders are only accepted through the drive thru and online. Clearly this already an inconvenience if I am standing at the register......imagine how much walk-in business has been turned away because of this?!?
