Nestled by the marina, this restaurant offers consistently excellent food and drinks, making it a popular stop especially after local events like the Tekamah Parade. Diners rave about generous portions—particularly the roasted cheese curds—and a diverse menu featuring shrimp, walleye, and standout onion rings. The friendly staff and stunning waterfront views complement the lively atmosphere, often enhanced by live music. While peak times can bring longer waits and occasional temperature issues with food, prices remain affordable. Ideal for both casual gatherings and festive evenings, it’s a vibrant spot that draws a dedicated and enthusiastic crowd year-round.
We always make it a point to visit this restaurant after the Tekamah Parade on the 4th of July. The food and drinks are outstanding. This year, it wasn't as busy, which allowed our meals to arrive much faster.
The food was decent, but I wasn't a fan of the crowds. Dining inside was a bit more peaceful. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t exceptional either.
Wow, those cheese curds were huge! It was the largest portion of fried cheese curds I've ever encountered. Despite it being a warm evening, the live music was delightful. It would have been even more enjoyable if the fans had been plugged in and working.
Wonderful experience! I tried the walleye basket, and it was incredibly tasty! The music was great, adding to a beautifully relaxing ambiance.
Overall, the experience was satisfactory. However, I wasn't particularly fond of the crowd inside, as I prefer a quieter dining environment. It was decent, but not outstanding.
