She suggested a dish for me and it was delicious. I would definitely eat here again. I ordered takeout and the XL portion was huge. I give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.

Although it's okay that they mainly offer so... read more I used to be a big fan of this Pho 24 location. However, I've noticed a significant decline in the service quality. Although it's okay that they mainly offer soup now, I was disappointed when I requested for chili, a staple in all Pho restaurants, and was told there was a shortage. I eat Vietnamese food three times a week and have never encountered this issue elsewhere. The soup is still delicious, but the staff at this location, particularly the lady who works there, is not very friendly. Additionally, the portion sizes seem to be shrinking every time I visit.

I visited this restaurant based on rave reviews about her customer service and the flavor of the Pho broth. I was not disappointed. I ordered a medium Chicken with veggies, Spring rolls, and a hot Green Tea. Everything tasted fresh and the presentation was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone with me as I was trying to enjoy some "me" time, but Ni kindly packed up my leftovers with a smile. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Pho 24. They also offer a variety of vegetarian options including Veggie broth, a veggie soup, and veggie spring rolls.
