Every time I have used the kiosk inside there has never been any paper in there to receive my ticket. When I was there a week ago I ordered 2 medium fries and never got my fries. The kiosk is nothing but a pain when you don't get the ticket and you have to go to the counter and tell them again. View all feedback.
Used the drive thru and everyone at the windows were super nice. Food was great and fries were hot.
Latasha had the best customer service and was so sweet. She made me want to come back again and she got the Order correct.
They don't do a very good job when putting burgers together and the fries were so old they were stale.
Good service quarter pounder with cheese was so salty you could not eat it it was awful won't do that again
Definitely hit or miss. On good days it is pretty good, but on bad days just toss it away. Glad the food is cheap though.
