Mcdonald's - Decatur

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The level of service was practically nonexistent, with incredibly long wait times that made me feel like I would have been better off cooking at home. The food was served cold, and the staff had unpleasant attitudes. I noticed some employees brought their children to work, and the lobby was dirty. I placed my order at 9:16 and didn’t receive my food until 10:03, only after I had to raise my voice. Overall, the takeout service was extremely disappointing.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Atlanta. The service is slow, the staff is rude, and they're frequently out of items. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was satisfactory, and I appreciated the efficiency of the staff. The atmosphere, while not applicable to takeout, seemed pleasant enough during my brief visit. All in all, it was an okay meal, but I would recommend looking elsewhere for something exceptional.

It's difficult to rate this one because we went around midnight to pickup an order. We waited in a full line for 1 hour. It was obvious that staffing was an issue and there were a lot of customers. The order was correct and the food warm. So overall not a bad experience. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
