**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
In the world of takeout, this restaurant presents a paradox of quality. Many patrons have found their meals disappointingly bland and cold, overshadowed by poor customer service, with reports of unengaged staff and long wait times. However, a contrasting experience shines through, showcasing fresh, flavorful dishes and attentive service, especially during peak lunch hours. Some diners rave about the quality of the fried chicken and the exceptional kindness of young employees, suggesting a divide in service and satisfaction based on time of visit. Ultimately, this establishment may offer treasures alongside its trials. Proceed with caution.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant, and my experience was quite mixed. The food was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5, but the service left much to be desired, with a rating of just 1 out of 5. The atmosphere was also lacking, which contributed to the overall disappointment. For the price range of $10 to $20 per person, I expected a bit more in terms of service and ambiance. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless there are significant improvements.
Placed an online order which I didn’t receive until 30 mins AFTER my arrival. Once I received it, food was cold, bread was hard, and my sandwiches looked as if they had been prepared by a toddler with mayonnaise everywhere! Restaurant floors were so sticky that it was ridiculous with my shoes getting stuck to it multiple times! There was one cashier taking orders, prepping food, AND fulfilling orders, though he seemed to be the only one who cared about getting orders out (thank you young man with the dreads)! Just ridiculous, save your time and money and don’t visit this incompetent location.
When I asked for a refund and reminded the staff that our money is what keeps them employed, there was complete silence. After a 30-minute wait, we finally received our food and extras. The entire staff had a very unprofessional demeanor, and even homeless individuals kept coming in, asking customers for money and getting soda refills. This location must not have a manager, and if there is one, they should be ashamed. I realized that if someone is struggling to find employment, they might consider applying here. However, I will NEVER return to this location on Candler Road.
The worse. Food is very fresh/delicious on the day shift between 2-5 day shift. This particular evening the cashier spproached the register with a mint green cell phone. She advised there was no dark meat ready. After waiting about fifteen minutes, a malessked if I had been served. I explained what the cashier had said. He told me the onky dark meat was crispy/grilled. Theoriginal tasted like it had been there since 1929 hard/dried. I submitted a complaint to corporate. Tried to call the location. There was no answer.
