What am I supposed to do with this limp, soggy waffle? This is not what I expected from chicken and waffles! I just paid $11.49 for a soggy waffle and five bland wingettes? This was my first experience, and it will definitely be my last when it comes to ordering chicken and waffles from JR Crickets. I ordered two servings with extra wings, thinking I was getting whole wings instead of wingettes! Never again!

I have to say, this place is fantastic! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great, and the music is on point! I also love that it’s a family-owned business. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Atlanta!

I really wish the website had descriptions for the wing flavors. When I placed my online order, I had no idea what the wings would taste like. They were all lemon pepper and quite heavy. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I ended up with food poisoning for 2-3 days after eating there. I really wanted to enjoy the meal, but I was disappointed. Also, the wings at this location are on the smaller side. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

My initial impression of the restaurant was that it was clean inside and the staff was friendly. I ordered the catfish basket, and I was very pleased! The fish was fresh, well-seasoned, and fried to perfection. I’ll definitely be returning!

This is the best J.R. Crickets in town! While the downtown Atlanta location has poor service and mediocre food, I always choose to come here. Redrick consistently delivers outstanding customer service and the food is delicious. I would give it 10 stars for the exceptional service!
