First Watch is a must-visit; the food is consistently amazing, and the staff is fantastic too.

Unf... read more I now understand why I haven't visited this location in a while. I decided to order my food online, thinking it would be a better experience than dining in. Unfortunately, I was mistaken—it was even worse. They completely disregarded my instructions regarding my order. To make matters worse, the bread had white mold on it, which is absolutely disgusting. Please be cautious when ordering from this restaurant; this level of service is unacceptable.

Biggest gripe is related to corporate and administration. 50% wrong on wait times (in the wrong direction). Plus, why does the space have a table with a nice delicious view of the restroom facilities, tucked in the very back corner? Nice way to maximize the space as I subconsciously think about people having runny diarrhea, from the coffee brewed using machines that are likely never cleaned based on how everything else is running, while trying to enjoy my omelette.

Kendra, our server was the best.
