I’m generally a happy... read more I picked up some pizza tonight (09/02/23) and I just have to say, if you don’t enjoy your job, maybe it’s time to reconsider being there. I’m generally a happy person, and it takes a lot to get me down, but I think they need to improve their staff. Additionally, it shouldn’t be that hard to follow the order on the screen; making pizza isn’t rocket science! This experience is one of the reasons I’ve stopped ordering out. Unfortunately, many places and their staff just don’t meet expectations.

Don't bother with breakfast here its terrible now. We come in every morning same time a group of 4 or 5 people and the food used to be great. Now the sandwiches... read more Don't bother with breakfast here its terrible now. We come in every morning same time a group of 4 or 5 people and the food used to be great. Now the sandwiches are cold and literally not even cooked most of the time and the pizza looks like it had been there since 5 and we come in around 8. Ann is awesome but who ever has made the food the past few days needs let go. I get drinks here and breakfast at pilot now about to just be one stop at pilot everyday.

The cashier sta... read more Went there tonight to pick up a door dash order the cashier was standing at counter, my husband walks in and says I’m here to pick up door dash. The cashier starts laughing and says we have no pizza it’s been closed for an hour, he said well your app let them order? She said not my problem! He came out to car we contacted door dash, I look up and she’s smoking a vape pen in the store!! Looks at me out the window gives me a dirty look and hits the vape AGAIN. Her n the man both in street clothes no name tags! I go in the store and asked who’s the manager? Her response they’re not here! I said I didn’t ask that! She said what can I help you with? I said WHO IS THE MANAGER? She said Ann… started naming 3 other names quickly I said who do I need to contact She said probably Ann what is the problem? I left and ILL NEVER BE BACK TO THAT FILTHY AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT

I wil... read more The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When we tried to order pizza, the lady just glanced at us while filling the cabinet and completely ignored us. I will never patronize this place again—talk about a lack of courtesy!
