I know my fellow countrymen are into the whole Indo-Sino fusion thingI don't really understand it.

The personal was welcoming....we decided that we needed a trainer to make sure that we would use the equipment properly. we are seniors and try to keep our health in check the trainer has a positive attitude that makes a big session. they are asked to try their best in their own pace. we were something surprised that it worked out more seniors than I expected
