I observed them preparing my wrap while cream cheese was sitting on the counter, causing it to get all over my food. Additionally, they frequently forget to clean their knife before cutting my bagels, which results in cheese ending up on them... as you can probably tell, I really dislike cream cheese.

I ordered a med icecap and it... read more I arrived at 8 30ish in the am today and didn't wait long at all. A young lady walked over to a closed till and opened it for me. I ordered a med icecap and it was ready in no time....the only problem was when I got to my location and put the straw in to take a drink it tasted so bad,l have no idea why,as someone who gets many icecaps a week it looked great but tasted awful. I did not have the opportunity to take it back as my schedule didn't allow it so I had to dump it. I tried so hard to overcome the taste but couldn't.

When I inquired about it, the staff seemed clueless about what was going on. To make matters worse, they didn't have the sausage I ordered and refused to issue a refund. Their excuse was that they were busy.

I used to work at Tim’s so I used to make some weird combinations that I really haven’t been able to get at other locations but they were more than willing to accommodate.Keep up the good work guys :
