It looks like they have spent some money on it. The Baklava is the best I have ever had. The Bad; No wifi in the rooms, only in reception. They told us this is because of the Sulphur!? Unacceptable for any hotel in 2020. Both mine and my girlfriends robe given to us at the spa had multiple large holes in them! They actually looked moth eaten! It appears not to be an oversight, they appear to be refusing to throw them away and continuing to use them until they literally fall to bits. Our towels in the room had multiple brown stains on them which is particularly concerning considering we are in a pandemic. Were they not washed? The shower in the small pool Spa has rusted and corroded away over a long time so it no longer works. Rather than fixing or removing it, they leave it broken so you have to walk to your room stinking of sulphur water to shower. The included lunch was okay, the dinner was garbage. I was served a piece of mutton that looked like it died of natural causes. The bowl was cracked and the glass had lipstick marks on it. Finally, we made the staff aware we had gotten sick of all the problems, and highlighted each one, they didn't seem to care and laughed when we showed the holes in the robe, no discount or apologies were offered for all the mistakes. They didn't care. It's a shame as the site itself could achieve a 4 star or higher if the owner trained management to be more attentive, and replace worn/damaged towels/robes/fixtures. Until then, I would highly advise you to avoid..

One day they rejected me because of haemohilia minor (because their 'doctor ' who happens not to be a doctor at all doesn 't know what haemophilia is!? , after just one call from the hospital few days later to ask them what happened, they said that I can come... Totally unprofessional and not a place to recommend...

No doubt one of the most popular hotels! The staff was very friendly and the owners deserve a special thanks. The landscape was amazing and it was such a relief... read more No doubt one of the most popular hotels! The staff was very friendly and the owners deserve a special thanks. The landscape was amazing and it was such a relief to rest in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural mineral baths were a great way to finish your day and then enjoy the quiet evening. The hotel is completely renovated, it has two large pools a spa corner with two smaller pools, Turkish bath, sauna, massage therapy etc. A fully renovated modern restaurant serving 3 meals a day (included in price), and a smaller a la carte restaurant in the garden where you can enjoy traditional meals. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt at home. All respect for the owners who have done a good job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
