I can't afford 13 dollars plus tax for a sub. Will not buy. Lower the prices. At Saad wholesale in Detroit they charge 1.89 a pound.Pound is about 20-22 wings. Plus I can get the best brand of bbq sauce from Costco for 5 dollars. Total It'll cost me about 7bucks. You charge 1.49 Per wing. If you lower prices I will change my review.

I had bone in wings Hot which were hard as a brick and had a weird gritty texture of the sauce and seasoned fries which were also hard as a brick. No one even wanted to eat them. I also ordered a Greek salad WITH NO BEETS andguess what it stunk of beet juice and I could see it all over the salad. Could have just told me they were premade and I wouldhave chosen a different salad. I?m very disappointed! UPDATE: I returned the salad and spoke to a cashier about my experienceand I was expecting a refund for the salad only and they not only refunded the salad but refunded my whole order and REMADE MYWHOLE ORDER. However, their workers and management are rude sometimes and do not always appreciate their customers. They are really busy, which might attribute to theirless than stellar attitudes. I understand how it feels. I have been a customer for a long time and I order in every which way.Doordash, pickup, delivery, etc. My advice is to order during the day. The staff are more likely to get your order right. In theafternoon, there are much more mistakes in your orders. Less seasoning, less sauce, no ranch, no drinks, missing modifications.They have messed up my order many many times as this is usually when they are busiest. I continue to order as I am a loyalcustomer and thoroughly enjoy the food when is done right. However, its a gamble when you order it. If you call to add somethingto your order, they will be dismissive toward you over the phone, even when you tell them to charge you extra. So, make sure toget your order right the first time around to avoid the attitudes. If you are having a bad day and you are hungry, I suggestordering online so that you avoid the phone service. However, I still love their chicken and I still order it nonetheless.???????????

The food is delicious, but the service is consistently incompetent. Every time we order from this place, our order is usually incorrect. We always ask for sauces to be included with our takeout order, but we never receive the sauces we requested. It is very inconvenient.
