If I could zero stars I would . I ordered $45 worth of food . Everything was old . U can tell the chicken set under the heating lamp for hours very chewy and hard others was soggy and greasy . Gravy was so thick for sitting for hours came out in clumps . The biscuits was extremely hard and Mac n cheese was cold and mushy . Extremely irritating . Worker coughing while taking the money And handling food . DO NOT GO HERE

This is the worst kfc to go to if your black all the white people in there that work well make sure you don’t enjoy your meal just go and see what I’m saying I well never come back here

I recently ordered a meal from KFC, and it was terrible! I didn't think it was possible for KFC to serve burnt chicken. The coleslaw was dry, the mashed potatoes were old, and the gravy was unappetizing! I'm so hungry, but I'd rather not eat than have to deal with this awful food! I really want a refund! On a positive note, the young man at the drive-thru was very nice and deserves a 5-star rating! However, after leaving the restaurant, I see why he was so friendly—he's probably pocketing extra cash! He charged me $13.01 for an order that was only $11.97. That kind of overcharging adds up quickly if he does it to many customers! He didn't provide me with a receipt, and I didn’t notice until it was too late! There's no corporate phone number to report this, so potential customers, beware! This experience was absolutely terrible! And if he keeps stealing, he’ll just stay broke, so he can keep that extra dollar!
