While on vacation and heading to a Tigers game, we decided to stop by. Hussein took care of us, and he was polite, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The pizza was simply incredible! If we lived nearby, we would definitely come here more often. It was absolutely worth the trip!

I ordered a small cheese pizza, a small order of bread bites, and a half sub. The pizza was burnt and rock-hard, while the bread bites were so tough that they could have done some damage if thrown. To make matters worse, the sub came out cold in just five minutes, and then I had to wait another 35 minutes for my pizza and bread bites. I asked to speak with a manager, but they told me there were none available. After seeing some positive reviews, I thought this place would be good, but I was sorely disappointed. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is my honest experience, and the owners need to address these issues. If I’m spending $38 on this small order, it should be worth it. This seems to be a recurring problem at these new establishments; they really need better management and training before charging so much while providing subpar service. I won't be coming back again.

I ordered a crispy chicken sub, which I felt was missing something, though I can't quite pinpoint what it was—perhaps a different type of cheese or sauce. My son had a calzone, and I sampled the bread, which had a hint of garlic flavor. He really enjoyed it and finished the entire thing. My other son had a smash burger, which he also liked. I’m looking forward to trying the pizza during my next visit.

For the past four times I’ve ordered... read more Fratelli’s has great food, which is why I’ve been ordering from them, but the customer service has been really frustrating. For the past four times I’ve ordered, they haven’t followed my request for extra Cajun seasoning on the crust, even though I’ve made it very clear. On my most recent order, I specifically told the person on the phone to make sure it was added, and he assured me it was done. However, when I walked in and saw the guy grab my box, he said he checked it, but he didn’t even open it. On top of that, their wait time is insane and ridiculous. It feels like they don’t value their customers’ time or requests. It’s upsetting because I really like the food, but they keep messing up my order. I wish they would pay more attention to what customers ask for. I won’t be going to this location anymore and will give the other one in Dearborn Heights a try.
