The price of the unlimited play passes keeps in... read more It seems that each time I take my children to Chuck E. Cheese, there are fewer and fewer arcade games available. The price of the unlimited play passes keeps increasing, and I find myself spending around $100 just on those passes. Because of the rising costs, I've stopped buying food there. After all the time we've spent playing, we still didn't earn enough tickets to get a decent prize, which feels like a scam now. The kids quickly lose interest with the limited options they have left, and it's disheartening to see Chuck E. Cheese change so much. As a child, I loved collecting coins and tickets to redeem for great prizes, but that experience just isn't the same anymore.

I really liked the new card syste... read more I took my granddaughter, and she had a wonderful time! Chucky came out to take pictures with the kids, which was a lot of fun. I really liked the new card system they have for paying based on how long you want to play the games, and all the tickets go onto the card—it's a clever idea. The only downside for me was that the prices were a bit high, and they didn't have ranch dressing for the salad. However, the manager was great; he checked in on everyone and even helped clean the tables! This showed good management skills. Overall, my little girl had an amazing time, and that's what really mattered!
