We opted for Buddy's renowned garlic breadsticks, which arrived promptly. While I struggled to discern the garlic flavor on its own, dipping the breadsticks into the marinara sauce enhanced the overall taste. The marinara sauce was exceptional, earning a perfect 10 for its delicious flavors that elevated the garlic breadsticks. The bread itself was fresh and delightful. The menu offered a diverse selection at reasonable prices, with detailed descriptions of the fresh ingredients making it easy to choose. My companion and I each ordered a 4 square pizza, which arrived piping hot and fresh within 10-15 minutes. The generous toppings and delicious cheese were highlights, as the freshness of the cheese was evident in every bite. The sauce was fantastic, spread evenly on each square in the unique style of Detroit square pizza. The crust, living up to its reputation, was filling and satisfying, allowing us to bring some leftovers home. Our waiter provided excellent service, ensuring our glasses were always filled, checking on us periodically, and offering extra napkins. Although I would have preferred a stronger garlic flavor in the breadsticks, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Buddy's Pizza. I highly recommend it to others and suggest bringing friends and family along, as even kids will find something appealing on the menu. I rate it 4 out of 5 cheese shakers! ????????????????

The restaurant had a lovely decor and we could choose to sit inside or outside. We tried the Medium Size Antipasto with their house Italian dressing, which was delicious. My son and I also ordered the Detroit Style Large pizza, which was huge but incredibly tasty. The service was excellent. Thank you Buddy's for a wonderful dinner experience.

Once inside the hostess was quick with a smile and got us seated. The smells of fresh pizza filled theair and really got me excited to see the menu. Our waiter, Noah, was handling several tables but was over to see us within justa couple of minutes to get our drink order, and offer us apps. We ordered Buddy’s famous garlic bread sticks (pics below).They came fairly quickly. As a person who enjoys garlic, I struggled to taste the garlic once I used some of the marinara sauce.The marinara sauce is a 10 out of 10! Amazing flavors and really made the garlic breadsticks a winner. The bread was very freshand enjoyable. The menu has something for everyone and it all seemed fairly priced. Great description of the fresh ingredientsand made choosing pretty straight forward. My buddy and I each ordered our own 4 square pizzas. They came hot and fresh in about10-15 minutes. The toppings were plentiful, the cheese was amazing! YES! The cheese is so fresh you can actually taste thecheese. The sauce is incredible and placed on each square in the unique ways of Detroit square pizza. Very filling and and thecrust lives up to its reputation. It was very filling so I was able to take some home with us. Our waiter took great care of us.He kept our glasses filled, checked on us a couple time, brought extra napkins and seemed fairly friendly. Over all a greatexperience! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars (or 5 cheese shakers on my rating scale) is because I would have liked totaste the fresh garlic on the garlic bread sticks. I would definitely recommend Buddy’s Pizza and I would encourage you tobring both friends and family here. Kids would do well here and easily find something on the menu. In total, I give it 4 cheeseshakers! ????????????????

Pizza was classic deep dish square style. Personal size is cut into 4, and there is also an 8 slice option. Just the right amount of cheese. A reasonable amount of meat, which was kept on each piece by the cheese. Sauce was thick and rich, with a good medium red colour. Crust was salty with some grease to the touch, strong enough to hold while eating inside first. No burning seen anywhere. Each slice being a corner makes it easier to eat by hand. Order taking and Food delivery to the table was slow, but the assume this was peak business time, as every table was full. Along with us having a large group. The price was a little higher than median, but well worth it, if you prefer this style of pizza. Disclaimer, I'm from Windsor, Ont, which locally prefers a flat style pizza pie, with all locally grown and processed ingredients.
