He was very rude on the phone when I called to inquire about my order, which was canceled by the delivery service. He blamed his driver for the mistake and refused to take responsibility for the cancellation. My order was also incorrect, and when I called to address the issue, the owner demanded payment for the delayed order and abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, he later called back to inform me that I had been banned from using Grubhub services.

I loved the AL burger so much I brought coworkers here and they can't say enough great things about the chicken swarms! This is my go to lunch spot whenever I come to Detroit area. Have never has a bad experience. Keep up the good work Al's!!!
