The restaurant informed us that there's nothing they can do because a third-party service, OzFoodHunter, is handling the delivery. I’ve tried contacting OzFoodHunter, and they’ve told us that they can’t locate the driver and that they are unable to issue a refund. It’s frustrating because we’ve lost $82 and still don’t have any food.
