When the error was pointed out, there was... read more I stopped by De Duinkamer today to order some takeaway food, but an error was made during payment by the young staff. When the error was pointed out, there was initially no willingness to admit it. The arrogant tone and attitude with which we were addressed is unacceptable. Only after I could provide evidence was my complaint processed. A colleague was called in who was friendly and immediately apologized. I understood from this colleague that this is not the first time that the young staff of De Duinkamer has had conflicts with customers. This issue does not seem to be taken seriously by their manager, this colleague indicated. Don't buy anything here anymore! Can be much more efficient, portions of fries differ (in terms of size and type of fries) and the composition of pizzas also differ, depending on who is standing there. Time also differs, sometimes waiting 5 minutes and other times 15 (this does not depend on the crowds but on the staff). So if there are some people working (with all due respect) I feel free to skip it. Purely because I have experienced that they cannot deliver what I expect.
