This was our first time visiting this hotel. We were greeted warmly and our dog was also welcomed. The room was a bit small, but cozy and had a nice view of the sea. Yesterday, I visited this restaurant with my 3-year-old daughter in search of a break from the heat. Unfortunately, I was not feeling well and my daughter was also overwhelmed. Upon entering, I noticed a few families seated inside and many empty tables marked as Reserved. Despite this, I chose a table for two and waited quietly to be served. However, the waiter who attended to us was dismissive and unhelpful. When I requested still water at room temperature, he brought back an ice-cold bottle and responded rudely when I mentioned it. He then claimed they did not have tap water and hurried off. After some time, he returned with the same bottle, now warmed in the microwave. Despite this, he demanded immediate payment. Additionally, I observed him treating Belgian customers kindly and only presenting them with the bill at the end of their meal. When I requested a menu, he ignored me, prompting me to seek one out myself. Despite facing further challenges in receiving service, I persisted and eventually placed an order with a different waiter. To my surprise, our original waiter returned to chastise me for not showing him respect. He then insisted that we should have been seated on the terrace due to the Reserved tables, though no one had claimed them. When sharing this disappointing experience with my mother, she recalled a similar encounter at the same restaurant the previous year. I will not be returning to this establishment and urge others who believe in respectful customer service, regardless of nationality, to do the same.
Waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for a dish with sometimes irritable, sometimes indifferent servers was frustrating. Many unhappy customers due to the mediocre food quality. The white mussels I ordered were not cleaned properly, and the pear accompaniment seemed out of place. The eels were undercooked and drowned in butter with black onions. The shrimp croquettes tasted like a poorly made bechamel sauce. Overall, a disappointing experience. The boss seemed too busy to address the issues. It was a waste of 85 euros. We would have been better off enjoying a picnic in the sun.

The view from this restaurant is perfect for enjoying a drink, but when it comes to other services, it's best to forget. I ordered the chocolate crêpe and received a burnt one with a strange taste. The meticulous presentation of the American sandwich was ruined by the uneven cuts, making it look like a pie sliced with an axe. The flavors were inconsistent and didn't live up to expectations. The service needs improvement to match the beautiful views.
First time we visit this hotel. We've been very kindly welcomed and our dog was welcome. The room was small but fine; The lining is beautiful, on the sea's thigh with eyes, also breakfast and dinner at the restaurant with big windows on the thigh. Breakfast was very cared and delicious. For a very social price, you can have a nice dinner and there's also good dairy. There was indeed one demoted older serviceman, but all the other people were very willing and kindly we're going back!
