Make sure you’re hungry because surviving 17 courses can be challenging. The team takes their time to explain each and every dish and is willing to swap out a course instantly upon request. The highlight of the night was the Wagyu with five curry sauces. A perfect medium rare that just melts in your mouth. I personally wish there were more courses with that Wagyu. An immersive experience that you don’t want to miss.
