The ceviche beautiful, fresh fish and not too a... read more Had the seabass ceviche, signature octopus and beef short ribs for supper, washed down with excellent cocktails. The ceviche beautiful, fresh fish and not too acidic with the ‘tiger’s milk’ dressing. The octopus was so tender and served on lovely mash with quinoa mixed in the mash, and the short ribs were to die for, bones removed if just a tad too rich in flavor. Will have to return to try other dishes
