From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt warm and effortlessly elegant—sophisticated but not pretentious. The terrace view during sunset is magical, and it perfectly set the tone for the evening. The service was attentive yet relaxed. Our server made us feel welcomed without hovering, offering helpful suggestions with genuine enthusiasm. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. We started with the signature burrata—creamy, fresh, and delicately paired with sweet tomatoes and basil. For the main, I had the lamb chops, cooked to absolute perfection and full of flavor. Every bite was memorable. What stood out the most, though, was the overall experience. It didn’t feel like just another meal out—it felt like a moment. There’s something about Carine that makes you slow down, savor, and enjoy. Whether it’s a date night, a celebration, or just treating yourself, this place delivers every time. Chef Izu Ani’s influence is clear in every detail—from the French-Mediterranean menu to the friendly, refined service.
