I arrived with my mother, who is over 80 years old, and we stood at the reception while the receptionist was on a personal phone call. She appeared visibly irritated and completely inattentive.I asked a waiter if he could assist us since she was busy, and he said he could not. When the receptionist finally finished her call, she didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t greet us, and didn’t even look at us.The lack of basic manners and empathy—especially toward an elderly guest—is unacceptable. This experience was deeply disappointing and not what I expected from this place.

I l... read more The seating area is absolutely beautiful specially by the sunset on the second floor. We tried the kabab yogurt, the beef shawerma, batata hara, and hummos. I liked the kabab yougurt it was very different yet very delicious. The batata was missing some lemon but we ordered some lemon slices to fix the situation. But overall good job with the food, will visit you soon hopefully.
