I went to the restaurant near Kohl's and waited in line for 20 minutes. I never even got served and ended up leaving without a coffee. It was the worst service I have ever experienced.
Has to be THE SLOWEST Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. They also can never get my order right…plus, the employees tend to be rude.
The service times are always terrible wait minutes for two coffees meanwhile also waited five minutes to be waited
