The food was hot, the service was quick, but the staff were not very friendly. We felt rushed and the woman at the window handed us our food without saying anything before closing the window. We had to get her attention for condiments and she seemed annoyed, only saying that the window was closed. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. We ordered two combos and two 4 for 4s, and after waiting 15 minutes, they forgot to give us our fries when we reached the window. The girl rudely told us that the fries were the size we ordered, then closed the window while we were still talking to her. In the end, they gave us the wrong size fries. I do not recommend this place at all! View all feedback.

This place was formerly great, here lately was her service and don't eat so great. the last time our order was wrong and eating was missing.
We ordered 2 biggie bag meal, while the order we told the girl how we want our burgers and the drinks. I wanted a big cup of ice and med fry, the girl made the comment oh my gott. we came into the window and when the food came in the bag, the burgers were not properly wrapped, I am surprised that they did not fall into the package. the chicken nuggets were in the bottom of the bag and they were ice cold. the staff is not friendly, and the only good were the pommes and the cup of ice!
I didn't realize it was almost closing time, but the staff were still very friendly and provided great, thorough service. Recommended!
I went through drive thru. I got a 6 pc nugget medium fries. I must say I will never go back to the Dayton Wendy’s. The staff working on April 17,2024 has got to be the rudest restaurant work crew I’ve ever encountered. News flash for them: If you don’t like your job, find another. If you don’t like having a job where you’re dealing with the public, find another. I’ve never in my life in Rhea Co. seen a whole restaurant crew be rude and hateful. They ain’t got to worry about seeing this face back in Dayton Wendy’s. I’ll take my green money elsewhere. Also my chicken nuggies was hard as rocks.
