Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
This restaurant used to be one of the best Wendy's around, but recently there have been some changes. I waited in line at the drive-thru, but when I received my food, the fries were dry and the Asiago sandwich was not as good as it used to be. I'm not sure if there is a new owner, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. Some improvements need to be made. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
The author was friendly, but during my 4th consecutive visit, I had to wait for about 10 minutes for my lukewarm meal. The burger was dry, the cheese was average, and the fries were burnt and not fresh. The only good part of the meal was the cola. I'm unable to comment on the quality of the food recently, as the restaurant now closes at 11pm and refuses to take orders. There is no sign posted indicating this change, and the manager on duty makes excuses for not being able to accommodate customers. I will be visiting a different location in the future. It's unfortunate that the restaurant is closing early due to financial reasons, yet they are turning customers away.

I ordered the regular 10-piece meal and was impressed with the warm and well-seasoned fries, as well as the super fresh and tasty chicken nuggets. Keep up the good work! Time of visit was 12:26.

Two times in one week! This is the first time in a long time that our meal was absolutely perfect. The fries were hot and fresh, and the burgers looked so good they almost seemed unreal. I'm not sure what has changed recently, but excellent job!
