Smashburger - Dayton

The burgers at this restaurant are great, but it's not my favorite place because the prices are too high for it to be a top choice. I would prefer Culver's or Steak 'n Shake because they have lower prices.

I came in to smashburger to compare it to Freddie's. Staff was nice. My tots came out greasy. A gentleman came to check on me I stated the tots were nasty. And showed him to pile of grease. He replaced them and I was satisfied!! They tasted so much better!! Left a tip. I still don't know ... Who is better. Smashburger or Freddie's!! ??

First time at a smash burger. The burger itself was great flavor, cooked well. The fries are ok. Nothing special, just a basic fry. The restaurant was kinda dirty and disorganized. Bits of trash around the floor. Probably tough to clean and take orders with only 2 working on a Saturday night. On a plus side the restroom was pretty clean. I'll try another smash burger again sometime in the future I'm sure

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our order was completely messed up, as we had requested basic modifications to our burgers such as no tomatoes on one and spicy mayo on another. The rolls were made incorrectly and the ingredients were all wrong. The quality of the burgers was also subpar, with the bacon tasting like it had been boiled. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money. We have had better experiences at other locations in Miamisburg and cannot recommend this Smashburger. We will not be returning.

I recently tried Smashburger for the first time, and it was absolutely fantastic! I wish there was one closer to where I live. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. The food was delicious and my family and I will definitely be returning in the future.
