Was Sheridan Lebsack at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
there was a delay in the order that didn't disturb us at all. we had good entertainment and enjoy the salatable when the waitress told us their mistake. she could never have told us and we never knew. they really took care of us. it showed a lot of integrity to get ahead with the error, then they go beyond and beyond to make it right for people who are completely in order with waiting. Even with what she thought was... View all feedback.

What Emanuel Veum dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
1st time trying a Rub Tuesdays and it was horrible service, had to wait 15 mins for our server to come to the table (just for drinks) and she still never came another server has too. The place wasn't pack but most of the servers were sitting at the table (in the pic) talking to what I think was other workers that came in on there day off to eat. 20 mins to eat refills on ours waters and another 20 mins to cash out. This was just a horrible experience.

The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere that perfectly complemented a chilly winter evening. Our server, Justin Moore, was friendly, extremely polite, and attentive to our needs. Our drinks were served promptly, and the wait for our food was minimal. The salad was fresh, as usual, with a great variety of options. The food was delicious; the steak was cooked to perfection, and the chicken was tender and juicy. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

The salad bar here is very good. Lots of variety. Billy was our server and he did a great job! We had the rib and chicken fingers combo. That plate looks a little light because he substituted the fries for the salad bar. The little crock is shepherd's pie. Quite tasty but cheesecake factory has a better one. The vegetables in this one are clearly frozen and not fresh and the size is significantly smaller. I added the cheese on top. I got it from the salad bar. Good lunch and they have Coke products, Good service but smaller portions. We had a coupon so it was $36. Without the coupon it would have been $43.

Ruby Tuesday menu repeats itself. They use the same sauces on all of their meats. The meats would all basically taste the same from the chicken to the steak to the ribs and pork chops. It showed no originality in the menu. Might as well has just said you can get any meat grilled with any of our four sauces added to them. It is about 8 degrees outside and then inside was cold. My mom never took her coat off. I saw several other tables where the customers looked cold as well rubbing their hands together while wearing their jacket. I ordered a cup of hot water with lemon and wrapped my hands around it to stay warm. Our server was great. She was knowledgeable about the menu and foods. She even asked if i could substitute grilled chicken for the chicken fingers on the meal. The response was yes for $5. That's right i wanted chicken tenders without breading so $5 would have gotten me 1 boneless grilled chicken breast cut into strips. My mom's chicken on her bar b q cobb salad came out over cooked and dry. It took almost 10 min to just grill her another piece. By the time her food had come out i was done eating my ribs, shrimp and mashed potatoes. Even though my plate looked sad compaired to other rib plates that i have had the pleasure of devouring. Ruby Tuesday does shine when it comes to their ribs. Only bad thing about their baby back ribs is, none of their meals come with a full slab. Even the dinner for two offers only half a slab. The server and the ribs were the highlight of this visit. I can't say that i would recommend this place with great enthusiasm. I would recommend placing a pick up order for the ribs with their hickory bar b q sauce.

The service was great. Our server was kind and very considerate. The food came out very quickly was a good temperature. My only complaint is the salad I ordered wasn't very good looking or tasty and our steak was tough and way too fatty. The shrimp that came with my meal was absolutely caked on with bread and tasted poorly. Overall, my experience here was okay, but I would not order the same thing again.

You should avoid this restaurant. Maybe you don 't expect a mind-blowing dining experience at Ruby Tuesday 's, but it 's generally pleasant and a good road-trip stop. Not this one though. Our experience mirrored several other reviews, with some new and unpleasant surprises. First, we walked in and waited several minutes to even be acknowledged; eventually the bartender noticed and found us a seat. We thought we walked in the wrong door at first. On the way in we noticed there were some drink specials. We asked our waitress and she told us that yes, there were specials but you had to order them at the bar. Ok. So I go to grab a beer at the bar. The first bartender starts to take our order, then another one (the one who sat us originally), interrupts to inform us, the other bartender, and our server that we aren 't allowed to order at the bar and take our drinks back to the table, that it 's against their corporate law. Seriously, that 's what she said. I understand that employees have to follow company policy, but she was pretty rude about it and definitely not looking for solutions. Our waitress was visibly embarrassed. She was attentive and nice, she apologized about the rudeness of the bartender. The food was not good; the unidentifiable sauce on the Creole seafood dish had developed some sort of membrane on it before it arrived at our table. My wife 's steak was very unevenly cooked. Our food was not very warm on arrival, but the gross spaghetti sauce over ziti and the macaroni and cheese we got for our kids was somehow served on lava-hot dishes. The food wasn 't hot; just the dishes. The salad bar was like a WWI battlefield, with all of the ingredients and toppings commingled with each other and dispersed between the little tubs. There was really nothing good about our visit. I don 't have an issue with Ruby Tuesday 's as a chain, but this one is pretty terrible.
