I've been working at Panera for about a month now, and unfortunately, I still haven't received my paycheck due to a payroll error. As soon as my managers learned about the situation, they swiftly reached out to the payroll department to ensure the issue would be resolved. Additionally, they generously provided me with nearly $200 worth of gift cards, which was completely unnecessary, but I truly appreciate their kindness. I've never had managers go out of their way like this for me before, and it clearly shows how much they care about their employees. I felt it was important to highlight this!

They were polite,... read more It took a bit for one of the staff to acknowledge me so I moved to another register. My breakfast sandwich was missing the sausage I ordered. They were polite, apologized and replaced it. The food was very good. The dining area was clean. There was staff who offered to remove my tray and trash. Overall a nice atmosphere, clean, nice staff.
