ordered 1 cheeseburger with only ketchup and senf, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and received a hamburger. there were no other customers in the drive thru and lobby was closed. I wanted to fix food and wait 10 minutes. this is about the bad service for 1 tiny cheeseburger. View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is always delicious, but the drive-thru service is extremely slow. The employees have a tendency to close the shop earlier than the posted closing time, sometimes hours in advance.
We received quick service while driving through, and the staff was very friendly during our early morning stop.
The food and service were excellent. I appreciate being able to customize my own coffee by adding my preferred amount of sugars and cream, rather than having to specify to the staff.
