I've had only one confusing experience at this restaurant, and that was when I used the app. Occasionally, there are some glitches, but that's not really their fault. The manager, or whoever was in charge that day, was very prompt in resolving the issues. And of course, the food is always excellent! They also provide quick service consistently.
This place use to be great! But there has been so many issues lately. Only filling up coffee half way. Not adding any flavored syrup. Messing up food orders. You?ve lost me as a customer. I?ll just make it myself.
The restaurant was closed, and rather than notifying customers, they just ignored everyone and locked the doors. I understand it was a holiday, but it would have been helpful to communicate this or update their hours. Consequently, we ended up placing a mobile order, which wasted both our time and money.
I usually don't order food when I visit, but I do drop in for coffee now and then when I'm in a rush. The staff and service at this place are exceptional. I stop by multiple times a day, and even though it gets quite busy, everyone works diligently and always wears a smile.
I experienced poor service at the counter, with five employees all focused on the drive-thru. I had to ask for assistance, and when I did, the staff member was quite rude. Despite this, I left a $1.00 tip on my $5.82 bill. The cashier commented, "You paid a dollar too much," to which I responded that it was meant to be a tip. His only reply was, "Oh," and he placed the dollar in the tip jar without a word of thanks.
