I was initially int... read more While passing through Dayton on a Friday evening, I stumbled upon a charming restaurant called Chopstix and decided to have an early dinner. I was initially intrigued by the name and was delighted to discover that they served pho, my favorite comfort food. The server, JosÃ, was friendly and efficiently ran the restaurant by himself. Although I enjoyed the pho, I wished there were more rice noodles included for the price.

When I order the chicken fried rice, there is a generous amount of chicken mixed in and the vegetables are perfectly cooked. I recently tried the wonton soup and enjoyed the variety of vegetables in it, although the broth could have used a touch more salt.

The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Even though the owners' English is a bit limited, this family-run business is a gem in Dayton and definitely deserves your support.
