Waitress co... read more They had a 15 min wait to sit down. When I looked their was 10 empty tables. And the seater was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Waitress completely messed up our order. I'd stay away from this Bob Evens they have some serious worker issues.

Kira answered my 9:40 pm phone call after... read more I highly recommend and am truly grateful for Kira, a 10-star very special Manager at Bob Evans Brandt Pike restaurant. Kira answered my 9:40 pm phone call after restaurant closed and after many rings. I called because I left my wallet on booth seat and realized it was missing when almost home30 minutes later. I headed back to restaurant immediately with phone ringing. Kira answered, heard my dilemma, and searched area where I was seated. She found my wallet on the floor! Kira was a blessing and my angel for the day! Thank you!
