Maybe we'll try again when they aren't to busy to feed kids Kid-friendliness: If there's a big party coming in at any part of the day don't bring kids they'll not be fed

When my food was brought out, I had to ask for silverware, which took the server 10 minutes to bring. I wasn't too upset, assuming they were busy. However, when my friend's food arrived 10 minutes later, the server asked if we wanted the umbrella up. As she opened it, a strong gust of wind caused the umbrella to break, with metal rods snapping dangerously close to my friend. I went inside to inform the staff, but the manager and the server who put up the umbrella ignored us, simply picking up the pieces that had fallen. We decided to leave shortly after, feeling disregarded and unclear as to why no apology was offered.
