I absolutely love the coffee here, and they have the best pastries in the entire Sacramento area! The service is always fantastic. Even though we’re from the LA area, we make it a point to stop by whenever we visit. They have two locations and a booth at the farmers market, so you definitely need to give them a try. I can guarantee you'll love them—if you don't enjoy the pastries, I’ll happily eat them for you, haha! View all feedback.
What Bmick dislikes about Upper Crust Baking Davis:
The pizzas are good, but I've found the sauce to be overly spicy at times, and on my last visit, I even cracked a tooth on the crust. To be honest, aside from an older woman from New York, I haven't had a pleasant interaction with the shop owners. The quality of the pastries seems to depend on the bakers, and unless I'm in a pinch, I don't plan on visiting very often. The atmosphere in the place just feels off. View all feedback.
Best croissants in Yolo County, if not in the entire Sacramento area. The pain au chocolat is to die for. Pizza night is the highlight of my week, and I especially love their pumpernickel raisin bread.
We purchased a package of biscotti and some pastries all were delicious!

Really good...so many improvements since I suspect the son took over. Pasties really good stuff in the desert case looks good but I have not tried yet.
