While some experiences have highlighted issues with service and food variety, many guests appreciate the cozy ambiance and professional staff. Signature items such as scones and sandwiches have received praise, although critiques on portion sizes and food quality persist. Absolutely delightful tea room with a good variety of tea and fresh pastry. Great atmosphere and ambiance add to this lovely quaint little tearoom and the staff and owner are super nice. View all feedback.
What Glory Albin dislikes about Tea List:
The service was noticeably lacking; aside from dropping off our food, no one checked on us during our meal. We only received water after we asked for it, and cream and sugar were also provided only upon request. The food was mediocre at best. The cheese plate came with saltine crackers—truly the most basic type of cracker possible! It was a strange choice for a $45 meal.

The cheese plate came with saltine crackers—truly the most basic type of cracker possible! It was a strange choice for a $45 meal. All in all, there was nothing remarkable about the food, the atmosphere, or the service. It definitely isn't worth making a trip from out of town.
What a delightful experience! The tea and food were exceptional, and the atmosphere was wonderfully inviting. Even on a scorching 97° day, the shaded area was quite pleasant. I couldn't recommend it more! Vegetarian options: A variety of sandwiches and all the desserts are suitable for vegetarians.
We went to this place over the Mother’s Day weekend with my mama and sisters. We dressed up in cute dresses and wore high tea styles hair accessories and hats. When we walked in, the waitress serving us chuckled when she saw us, it made us feel very uncomfortable. We were seated inside, the ac was working very poorly, it was very hot. Tea was great. The food was meh sandwiches were okay, most were dry, I could make better at home. Giving food overall 2/5 because a few things were good like chicken curry sandwiches, strawberry scones, and tea.Dessert selection was also not very impressive, I expected more of homemade style pastries, we had a few tiny pieces of napoleon style cake, but just the 2 layers of puff pastry with cream. Some store bought macarons and sweets. Very underwhelming experience, not worth the money (and 20% service fee), will not recommend to others.
**Vegetarian options:** They offer both vegan and vegetarian choices. **Dietary restrictions:** They accommodate gluten and nut allergies.
We enjoyed High Tea on a Wed afternoon. The small sandwiches were delicious , the desserts so yummy the fruit fresh flavorful. My favorite tea was the Peach Apricot so refreshing .My ONLY complaint was we had to circle around a few times before we found it . The sidewalk directional sign had been blown over by strong winds . Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to our request of no sea food. Verified prior to preparing our meal.

Absolutely fantastic! If you're looking for a delightful experience for a special occasion, this is the place to visit. The selection of teas is extensive, and the tiered stand of cakes and sandwiches is both delicious and beautifully presented. The service is attentive, and the atmosphere is quintessentially Davis at its finest.
This is one of the nicest places for lunch in the entire city of Davis. Whether you're having afternoon tea, or just a regular old sandwich or pastries, you will not be unhappy at this lovely downtown location.
I visited without a reservation on Mother's Day, and the restaurant was able to accommodate us. We ordered the High Tea, which featured excellent service, tasty bites, and wonderful tea, all set in a lovely outdoor area. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I'm in town again.
Such a great place for high tea! I think I loved having a tea party way more as an adult than being a kid. So elegant, adorable, and delicious!
