Tasty Kitchen - Davis

Finally, Davis has a real Chinese restaurant. If you only want to have the traditional American Chinese food, such as Sweet and Sour pork, this is not the place for you. 90% of customers are Chinese or Asian, you very can tell it's a traditional Chinese restaurant. Very good food.

This is definitely the best new restaurant in Davis. I haven't had a single thing that I didn't love here.

Sorry to say, but it is a huge step up from Silver Dragon. RIP Silver Dragon

The restaurant has very good food. It is prepared when I order it, not sitting already cooked. The carryout package has everything needed. The bags are sturdy and capable of carrying a full growler without tearing or breaking apart.

Food was delicious. My rating on this place is solely on the food. It was absolutely delicious. My favorite part about the food was the breading was very thin so we had nice sized portions of meat in every bite. It tasted fresh and was very nice serving sizes. My only complaints are the decor being old fashioned and lack thereof and also the staff seemly not caring about anything you have to say or your existence. Our waiter did nothing to show disrespect, but he seemed like he didn't really care. Not that this changed my opinion because the food was so good. Thanks tasty kitchen. We will be returning.
