I placed an order in advance through the app and added special instructions, but when the manager delivered my meal, it was clear that he hadn't read them. I went inside to address it because I couldn't leave my dog alone in the car. I should have checked my order immediately, but it wasn't a big issue. The food was delicious and ready on time overall. What User doesn't like about Subway:
The employees at this restaurant were extremely rude and had terrible communication skills. I visited at 11:30 am on September 28, 2021. An Indian man at the counter started speaking to me in Hindi, assuming I didn't understand English well. I pre-ordered on the app and paid an additional $2 for avocado, but did not receive it.
I was insulted by an elderly lady who works at this restaurant in front of a family enjoying their meal. She was rude and tried to charge me $5 for extra spinach on a turkey sandwich. The way she treats customers is unacceptable, this Subway needs new employees. The Subways in Woodland are much better.
The elderly gentleman who used to be very kind at this restaurant seems to be getting increasingly agitated with each visit. He seemed upset when I didn't respond to him immediately in a strict manner, and his behavior was quite rude. Perhaps it's time for him to consider retiring.

Normally, I would have picked up myself, but we had our dog in the car and I didn 't want to leave my family member and dog unattended. I should have checked my order right away.
