From my experience, the service here is excellent. The chefs remember me when I sit at the bar, and I've never encountered rude staff. I've been served by one of the managers several times, and he even offered me samples of off-menu items that were truly delicious. The salad portions are also generous, especially the wakame (seaweed) salad. The happy hour is a fantastic deal as well—my favorite wakame salad is just $3, and there are several rolls priced at $5 each. Plus, there's a different type of nigiri on sale every night. The lunch menu is also a bargain; my go-to is the 7-piece assorted nigiri for around $11. As mentioned, the fish quality in this dish surpasses that of other places I've tried. Overall, I rate it a 10/10 for quality and service, with the only downsides being the relatively high prices and some roll options that don’t particularly appeal to me. Otherwise, it’s a great experience.
