The amount of spices was impressive, but sadly, not in a good way—there was no heat at all. The only redeeming quality was the staff wearing hair coverings. However, I don't think I'll ever trust this type of restaurant again. If they think Wingstop is good, they clearly haven't experienced real wings before. Even the barbecue was disappointing; it just tasted overly sweet, like honey, without any depth of flavor.

Third time I've ordered from here and disappointed. First time ordered online for Louisiana rub and I think they forgot about my order, because they handed me a box and it was the BBQ flavor. Last two times I've ordered it looks like the wings are re-heated already cooked wings from earlier in the day. 3 times now I'm left with a messed up stomach and this is the last time I order from here.

We were informed that the dining room is closed, despite a sign indicating it is open. The manager and franchise owners should be more attentive and responsible.

Would you believe I travel all the way from west Pembroke Pines just to eat at this Wingstop? I pass by several others nearby, but I always choose this one! Every time I visit, the food is exactly how I like it—perfectly cooked lemon pepper wings and fries every single time. The service is great, the place is clean, and I’ve never had any problems!
