Wingstop
Description
This Wingstop location has garnered a loyal following for its consistently well-cooked lemon pepper wings, flavorful sides like Cajun fried corn, and exceptional customer service, notably from attentive staff such as Juanita and chef Brandon Robinson. Many patrons praise the cleanliness and atmosphere, emphasizing repeat visits despite the distance. However, some concerns have been raised about food quality inconsistencies, including undercooked wings, incorrect orders, and questionable kitchen hygiene. Additionally, confusion over dining room availability has frustrated guests. Overall, while many rave about the fresh, flavorful food and friendly service, occasional lapses suggest room for improvement.

I had a conversation with Zoe, who really tried her best. However, her efforts can't make up for her inexperience, attitude problems, and a lack of proper supervision. There seems to be no system of checks and balances in place. While it might be profitable for you now, keep in mind that with a bit more effort to ensure both employees and customers are satisfied, you could accomplish so much more. It feels like we’ve been taken advantage of, and now you’re reaping the rewards at our expense.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Out of the 18 wings I ordered, 3 were undercooked, and on a previous visit, I also encountered undercooked fries. I was also concerned to see that the kitchen staff and cashiers do not wear hair nets and have their hair down. Additionally, they were wearing slides while working, and some had long fingernails, which is not allowed in food service. I think the health department should definitely check out this establishment. The food used to be decent, but it seems to have declined significantly.
This Wingstop location consistently impresses! I can't comprehend how there are any negative reviews for this place. I live in Pembroke Pines and would never think of visiting the Miramar or Pines locations again. After trying this one, I’ve realized that nothing else measures up. Keep up the excellent food and outstanding customer service!
We were informed that the dining room is closed, despite a sign indicating it is open. The manager and franchise owners should be more attentive and responsible.
Would you believe I travel all the way from west Pembroke Pines just to eat at this Wingstop? I pass by several others nearby, but I always choose this one! Every time I visit, the food is exactly how I like it—perfectly cooked lemon pepper wings and fries every single time. The service is great, the place is clean, and I’ve never had any problems!
