How... read more The amount of spices was impressive, but sadly, not in a good way—there was no heat at all. The only redeeming quality was the staff wearing hair coverings. However, I don't think I'll ever trust this type of restaurant again. If they think Wingstop is good, they clearly haven't experienced real wings before. Even the barbecue was disappointing; it just tasted overly sweet, like honey, without any depth of flavor.

First time ordered online for Louisiana rub and I think they forgot about my order, because they handed me a box and it was the BBQ flavor. Last two times I've ordered it looks like the wings are re-heated already cooked wings from earlier in the day. 3 times now I'm left with a messed up stomach and this is the last time I order from here.

However, her efforts can't make up for her inexperience, attitude problems, and a lack of proper supervision. There seems to be no system of checks and balances in place. While it might be profitable for you now, keep in mind that with a bit more effort to ensure both employees and customers are satisfied, you could accomplish so much more. It feels like we’ve been taken advantage of, and now you’re reaping the rewards at our expense.

Out of the 18 wings I ordered, 3 were undercooked, and on a previous visit, I also encountered undercooked fries. I was also concerned to see that the kitchen staff and cashiers do not wear hair nets and have their hair down. Additionally, they were wearing slides while working, and some had long fingernails, which is not allowed in food service. I think the health department should definitely check out this establishment. The food used to be decent, but it seems to have declined significantly.
