It seems that they haven't introduced any new specials aside from breakfast. Other fast food chains often have deals like buy one get one free, two for a certain price, or combo meals for $7, etc. My brother discovered a more economical way to eat at McDonald's by ordering a double cheeseburger and a small fry, which is significantly cheaper. He usually buys three of these meals, so he ends up with a decent portion f... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This McDonald's has really declined. I waited a long time for dinner, and it took twice as long to receive my drink. The fountain drink took nearly 10 minutes to arrive. I just don't understand why something so simple takes so long. View all feedback.
Probably the worst experience I've had at McDonald's. I orders ahead on the app. We waited way too long for our order. When we received our order it wasn't ours. We waited even longer A kind young man was trying to figure out what was going on when avery rude young lady practically threw our food at us. When we questioned where our drinks and fries were she responded verysnarkily, there were none. We got 3 meals. My husband had to go inside to get our drinks and fries. ??????????? The fries werecold and unsalted (stale), the coke was diet, the pies were cold, my burger was wrong and we got no dippingsauces. Unfortunately, the car next to us also had issues as that gentleman had to get out of his car too.
Seems they've done away with any kind of specials other than breakfast. Other fast food chains have buy one get one free, 2 for or $7 Etc. My brother found a cheaper way to eat at McDonald's by ordering the double cheeseburger and small fry and it's reallya lot cheaper so he then buys three of them so basically he's getting a quarter pounder which is with large fries. The servicewas fast, the people working there were friendly and it's one of the reasons I go to this one, because they are good when itcomes to customer relationships. They just need to lower the cost or offer better deals.
Manager as long as is very unprofessional and rude. I'm asking for a coffee refill as senior. she called me a sinner and accused me not to buy the cup coffee in the load because she didn't see me. She claimed she was in the morning and didn't see me. I will report it to the division manager she has no business being so rude and reprofesional.
Touch screens to order are great, but much slower than an actual cashier. Client are not to familiar how to navigate the system which slows down the flow.
I'm not certain how they operate in the day shifts, but I have just experienced some horrendous customer service. If you're going at night, don't even try to dine in. After you place your order in one of the very few kiosks that work, you will only see the employee one time where they drop your food, say your name and run back to the back. I would understand if this place was under employed but that couldn't have been the case here. Not one, but two employees passed by me as I was waiting in front of the counter. All I wanted was some Buffalo sauce. I felt really bad for the additional 10 people that started to wait after me as they were experiencing the same thing. How do you not see a group of people waiting for online orders or just trying to actually order something!? If you got over an hour of time to spend, shoot your shot but make sure you put everything in the order because you won't get the chance to speak to an employee again.
