Came to this place and waited 5 minutes while the workers who went past if someone would help take our order. They ignored us so the cashier came on the car and once I told him what I wanted, he said they had no coffee available. I'm confused. Isn't that a café? What is a Dunkins without coffee?

I went inside to this dunkin ' because the drive thur line was around the corner! So, I went in, and there were 2 young girls inside also waiting to get service, they were ignored I was too.. I 'm not a teenager, and it doesn 't matter because no one should to treated like that! When I said hello are you going to come take our order? One of the young man said yes but didn 't come, however they both continued to take care of the drive thur.. Worse customer service ever! So, finally I walked out and went to another DD! I will never go back to this one again! My advise Customer service!

Put in a mobile order for walk-in pickup. Get to the door and it's locked. Actually, both doors locked. The drive thru was 15-20 cars deep. I called 10 times. I had 15 minutes before work. I lost both my drink and donut. Never going to this location ever again. Lost out on my .

Do not go there it after 3 o'clock Usually my order is correct fast and right but yesterday I ordered My caramel iced coffee with extra cream no sugar Got my coffee drove out the drive-through Took a sip and got a mouth full of sugar turned around went back asking Them please make me another one All he did was add extra cream steered it up told me to take a sip and try that You should if I don't like it he Have to charge me for another one So I left
