Stopped at Tim's Sunday, January 29th in the early afternoon. The young lady working the till was unbelievably friendly and very efficient. She had a friendly smile for everyone she served and was so nice to everyone. She is the nicest person I have ever experienced in the service industry and deserves a raise!! Tim's is very lucky to have her as an employee. The other staff members were very friendly and efficient a... View all feedback.
What Sam D doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I stopped at this restaurant around 6:30am for coffee and breakfast to take with me. Unfortunately, the hash brown was very hard, the English muffin bacon and egg sandwich was dry, and the bagel with cream cheese had very little cream cheese on it. I have noticed that Tim Hortons locations are consistently lacking in quality. This is not the first time this has happened, so I will not be stopping here again. Addition... View all feedback.
Additionally, the Tim Hortons in Lacombe, Alberta is just as bad and the owners are not addressing the issue. It may be time to boycott Tim Hortons.
First of all, the food is always good, never have a problem with that. And if you walk in for a coffee or timbits, all is well. The problem here is when you try to order a meal. The combos and extras are so confusing to begin with, and trying to follow the cash register as the prices change is an exercise in frustration. A $9 meal is suddenly $13, and things you didn’t want are added to your order. By the time you get to the good food I have a slight headache. Simplify this nightmare and you’ll get a 5/5 from me.
The service was fast and efficient, the food was tasty. The bathrooms could be kept in better condition. A definite pit stop if you're traveling between Regina and Saskatoon and need a quick break.
This Tim Horton's is located along the highway near Davidson. We stopped in there twice in August 2017 and the bathrooms were not operational. The first time none were available and the second time one of two (with a long lineup) was available. In addition, it was not clean. I provide this review so the owner's will realize this is an important point to travelers. Otherwise, the service and staff were excellent!
We stopped at Tim Hortons in Davidson at 3 a.m. while we were on our way back to Regina after attending a concert in Saskatoon. It is just off Highway 11 (east side) located on a lot with a convenience store, fuel pumps and area for truck parking. Bathroom is located between the convenience store and Tim Hortons. Bathroom was large and clean but there is one for males and one for females. So if a few people are waiting in line, it may take some time, which is what happened to us. The outlet has a spacious, bright seating area, good for a brief rest stop plus food and drinks.
