The last few times I've picked up my order after placing it in adv... read more I used to really enjoy ordering food from this place, but my experience has changed recently. The last few times I've picked up my order after placing it in advance, it has never been ready when I arrive. Instead, I end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my food. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Today, we ordered two burritos, and when I got there, nobody was at the truck, but I saw them sitting in the waiting area. I thought my order was ready, only to find out that they hadn’t even prepared it. I ended up canceling my order and going elsewhere. While the food is still delicious and the staff is friendly, I can't continue to be a customer after multiple experiences like this.
