Good food slow service. It took a while before they gave us the menu. We are a group of four. We asked them to gave us water but they only served 2 glasses. Seriously? When we are trying to get their attention, they just simply ignore us. Very bad service. View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant is tasty and served in generous portions. The customer service is great and the staff is attentive. We were served promptly, with our food arriving within 10-15 minutes.
Bigby's is situated on the second level of Abreeza Mall in Davao. They offer generous portions of food with mostly delicious flavors, except for the carbonara pasta which I would not recommend. The baby back ribs, pork steak, and appetizers are particularly tasty. I paid a total of 2,000 pesos including drinks, which I found to be reasonable.
I am a big fan of bigbys because it is a comfort food for my family, but the industry in the city davao must stand up! no customer service and bad quality of food in contrast to cagayan de oro. the worst bigbys industry we have ever eaten.
The staff are accommodating. The place feels homey. The food is delicious 8/10 experience on it. I recommend the baby back ribs the carbonara pasta. Will be back to dine in again.
