What Mikko Takkula doesn't like about Thunder's Restaurant:
Our hockey team went to this restaurant and had a terrible experience! It took nearly two hours to get our group of 25 served, even though we had made a reservation ahead of time. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the food and service, the owner scolded us for complaining and was unapologetic. View all feedback.
Menu items are a little pricey for what you get, but the restaurant has nice atmosphere. I've been there twice so far. Food was good, service adequate.

The meals are expensive and not as described. The quality of the food is poor and the service can be inconsistent. This restaurant used to be popular, with exceptional food and an original atmosphere.
We stopped by a while back with some friends. The place is under new ownership, and the newly renovated interior is much more spacious and attractive. Food was good, and service was excellent.
Stopped in for lunch. Dined solo! Waitresses were friendly and food, delicious. I enjoyed the Budweiser burger. Onions sautéed in Budweiser. Brilliant. But be prepared for half an onion on your patty! A rustic burger barn that takes you back to the 80's! Service and all! Go, you won't regret it!
