What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Rushed to order didn't get to finish saying what I wanted. Once I got to the window each item I ordered seemed to be a problem to add to my order. As it was holding them up. It's sad that they even messed up what I asked for and told me they cant fix it as they ran out of that item...... View all feedback.
The guy early morning remembered my order from the day before. I thought that was impressive.

Friendly Staff serve always fresh food whether its early morning or late night.
2 bad experiences, first we came and orders 2 steep teas, they said it would take 10 minutes, however it took 30, they sold thr tea that was made and forgot about us. Next when we came in to order breakfast and 2 extra large teas, they gave us one large and one extra large in error. When asked to correct the staff was rude and said I only charged you for a large.Very sad
Excellent customer service! But confusing menu! We ordered by package number expecting the drink, and wedges, but they gave us only the sandwich and the wrapped without anything else!Good experience, so in our next trip to the area, we will be aware of how to order!
